STEMworks™ students, Sarah and Lily Jenkins, present their March of the Mangrove service-learning project at the 2015 Esri User Conference on July 20, 2015 in San Diego: http://video.esri.com/watch/4665/mentoring-the-next-generation.

These Moloka’i High School sisters researched the possible effects that this invasive species would have on their community’s fringing reefs.

The Jenkins received ArcGIS software used in their project from the Hawaii K12 GIS Distribution Center,  made possible through a partnership of Maui Economic Development Board’s Women in Technology and ESRI, the world’s leading GIS software developer.
